Beta Testing
If you are currently developing your own software and would like an experienced person to do some beta testing for you I can provide expertise in that area. Understanding user interfaces, how the industry works and what is required by customs provides me with a powerful perspective on software design. Users sometimes don't realize what can be done on the programming end to make their lives easier and programmers don't always know what the user wants or what has to be entered for customs.
